  For redundant Arista switches do not fail L3 operations if one switch
  is available

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If Arista HW is configured in MLAG (redundancy mode), allow the L3
  operation to succeed if configuration was successful on at least on
  one of the switches.
