Title:
  Project list not updated after new project created

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When I create a new project via the dashboard, thenew project is not
  shown in the project list in the header bar. I have to logout/login to
  get the new project listed.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1) Create new project under http://dashboard/identity/create
  2) Try to select the project in the headerbar -> project not listed
  3) logout/login
  4) Try to select the project in the headerbar -> project listed now

  This happens with the Juno version.
