  Create network dialog has no "cancel" button

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  With a Neutron install there is a Network tab and under either Network
  Topology or Networks there is a button to create a network.

  The Create Network dialogue does not have a cancel button even on the
  first screen, just a grayed out Back button and a Next button.
