  VMware: VM's created by VC 5.5 are no compatible with older clusters

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  VM's created by VC 5.0 and 5.1 will have hardware version 8. VM's
  created by VC 5.5 will have hardware version 10. This break
  compatibility between VM's on older clusters.
