Title:
  Fail to create Vm by image  when   with a volume which name is 'vda'

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  I use  image to create VM and with a volume which name is 'vda', I
  find that the VM was created use  the volume not use the image, so I
  think it  need to determine the volume name can't for the 'vda'.

  nova boot --flavor m1.tiny --image 5575e1ee-734c-
  4eb4-a2a8-bb3ac29f338b  --nic net-id=08df3f49-0c03-44b7-b20e-
  36391923b415 --block-device  'source=volume,id=5d6ce95f-da32-4c36
  -a1bb-dc074501ed96,dest=volume,device=/dev/vda'  instance_test
