Marking as invalid as ignoring specific IDEs indeed shouldn't be in
horizon repo.

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Openstack grants developers a free PyCharm licence, this IDE use a
  folder .idea to track project folder. Adding .idea to .gitignore will
  avoid mistakes and to take care of this.
