  Can't easily stop a transaction from yielding

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):

Bug description:
  Many of the current plugins (e.g. ML2) operate under the assumption
  that the greenthread will not cooperatively yield during a
  transaction. When this assumption is broken, there is a risk for a
  mysql/eventlet deadlock.
