https://review.openstack.org/#/c/148577/ is merged, marking neutron side
as fixed. I guess there is nothing to do on devstack side?

  devstack dnsmasq version error in centos7

Status in devstack - openstack dev environments:
  Invalid
Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  i run devstack in centos7,but give me a error when start the q-dhcp service.
  ERROR:FAILED VERSION REQUIREMENT FOR DNSMASQ.Please ensure that its version is 2.67 or above!
  But the lastest version in centos7 is dnsmasq-2.66-12.el7.x86_64.
