  UI Issue when changing role of user for a tenant

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Expired

Bug description:
  When modifying user role assignments in Horizon, if you select an
  option from the drop down, the role_display span does not update. If
  you save the changes it will go through. This is purely a UI issue.See
  screenshot.
