  Identity driver has unused pointer to assignment

Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  During the setup of the identity driver in identity/core, it stores a
  reference to the assignment_api in the driver....although this is
  never used.  This should be removed.
