   linuxbridge mechansim driver ignores enable_security_group

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The linuxbridge mechansim driver is ignoring enable_security_group in
  ml2_conf.ini.

  i.e. neutron security groups are still used when
  /etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/ml2_conf.ini has:

  [securitygroup]
  enable_security_group = False
