  BASEV2.__table_args__ is not properly overloaded

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  neutron.db.model_base.BASEV2 defines __table_args__ attribute.
  Most of its subclasses overloading __table_args__  does not properly inherit the __table args__ from parent class.
