   /tmp is not cleaned after image upload from horizon

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Create Images in Horizon (Image Source == Image File ), after
  successful  it has not been cleaned up from the /tmp. I uploaded two
  images(229M and 564M ):
