  vmware with Distribute VirtualSwitch

  Invalid

Bug description:
  I have two hosts in one vcenter cluster use Distribute VirtualSwitch.
  Before I launch a instance,i need add port_group  first.

  why not add port_group in nova if the port_group is not exist, and how
  i can do it.
