[Bug 1364328] Re: Horizon Ceilometer throws 'ValueError' message, if the user specifies alphanumeric characters for generating the Usage report
That issue was fixed a while ago, but is still present e.g. in Juno
release.

Bug description:
In 'Resource Usage Overview' summary specify the alphanumeric
characters in 'Limit Project Count' field and click on Generate
Report.
'ValueError' at metering throwing the error.
