  Unknown host exception results in other except

Status in Cisco Vendor Code for OpenStack Neutron:
  New

Bug description:
  When connecting to Nexus switch the first time, one must do ssh to the switch first otherwise an exception is raise.
  When this exception is raised, a couple other exceptions result.  This bug aims to resolve those subsequent exceptions
  so the correct 'Reason' code is printed.
