please let me know when is Manila available with the actual "Horizon".

  Horizon for Manila throws ERROR UNAUTHORIZED notification

Bug description:
  I have devstack setup of stable/juno release  with Manila enabled. 
  Configured with Horizon custom project of Manila. All Manila operations works fine with Command line but throws below errors on logging in to Horizon

  Error: Unauthorized: Unable to retrieve share limit information.

  On click of "Shares tab" throws : 
  Error: Unauthorized: Unable to retrieve share list.
  ×
  Error: Unauthorized: Unable to retrieve snapshot list.
  ×
  Error: Unauthorized: Unable to retrieve share networks
  ×
  Error: Unauthorized: Unable to retrieve security services
  ×
  Error: Unauthorized: Unable to retrieve volume types
  ×
  Error: Unauthorized: Unable to retrieve share servers

  I am using stable/juno version of devstack and manila
  manila_juno version of HORIZON_REPO=https://github.com/NetApp/horizon.git

  Request you to please have a look.

  Have also tried the same with Kilo release as per instructions in
  https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Manila/KiloDevstack and Horizon setup
  instruction in
  https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Manila/docs/HOWTO_use_manila_with_horizon.

  Gives me same ERROR in horizon
