  Big Switch plugin missing in migration for agents table

Bug description:
  There is an issue with the db migration script creating the agent bindings table for the Big Switch plugin. [1]
  This seems to be caused by a recent addition of the Big Switch plugin to the agent bindings table but not to the agents table. [2]
