  Log message for token_flush is wrong

Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Token flush is done in batches.   We are logging both the number of
  tokens that are deleted in a batch and  total number of tokens
  deleted. But the log message logs total tokens flushed in both the
  places
