  Updating an active port's MAC address causes l2pop to raise a non-
  existent exception

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The l2pop's mech driver update_port_postcommit raises an exception if
  an active port's MAC address has changed, only that exception type
  doesn't actually exist.

  This was found by disabling the pylint no_member exception.
