  DBDuplicateError found sometimes when router_interface_delete issued
  with DVR

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When a router_interface_delete is called, this calls the
  "schedule_snat_router" that causes the DBDuplicateError when it  is
  trying to bind the router twice.
