  lbaasv2 old synchronous driver import fails to redirect to new path

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  recently all v2 drivers were moved to the neutron_lbaas.drivers
  package from the neutron_lbaas.services.loadbalancer.drivers package.
  To maintain backwards compatibility with some of them, redirect of
  imports was implemented for configs that have not updated to the new
  paths.  the synchronous_namespace_driver.py module's redirect is
  broken.
