  wrong behaviour in instance filter on admin page

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In admin instance table, the filter with option 'project' is filtering
  based on the exact match(==) of the project name not by partial match
  (in).

  In the option = symbol missing to tell the user it is doing the exact
  match.
