  VMware: VM does not have network connectivty when there are many port
  groups defined

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If the VC did not get the port group in the first response form the VC
  then it will not match any of the networks. This happens when there
  are many (more than a few hundred port groups defined)
