  vmware driver should support vcenter folder

  Opinion

Bug description:
  In vCenter inventory switches, vm's and datstores can be in folders.
  While bug #1369019 VMware: need to support inventory folders addresses
  folders, the same support must be available for dvswitch in folder and
  deploying of VMs into folders
