  live-migration failed because of  "Filter ComputeFilter returned 0
  hosts", the instance's status is still "migrating".

Bug description:
  I have three compute nodes, and one instance on host opencos179-24.

  A live-migration failed, the content of  "nova-scheduler.log"  show
  that " Filter ComputeFilter returned 0 hosts".

  But the instance's status is still "migrating".

  I hope the instance could rollback.
