Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Log in WebUI
  2. Navigate to Murano>Manage>Package Definitions
  3. Click on 'Upload Package' button
  4. Choose file
  5. Click 'Next' button

  Actual result:
  Success message doesn't disappear
