  Invalid validation for intermediates

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The cert_parser is attempting to validate intermediates against the
  users private key. It only need to validate that the intermediates are
  readable and the users certificate/key match.
