Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  In case ovs-agent can't find interface by given VM id, it prints a
  warning " Unable to parse interface details. Exception: list index out
  of range"

  That doesn't look user-friendly and is misleading.
