  leftover router ports

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  During testing, we've found some instances of leftover router ports.
  The ports are not properly cleaned up when a router is removed.  The
  user is able to manually remove the ports to work around the issue.
