  miss testcase for the external authentication of DefaultDomain

Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  As to the external authentication methods, the classes defined include 'KerberosDomain', 'Domain' and 'DefaultDomain', the *DefaultDomain* is actually different with 'KerberosDomain' and  'Domain', they are different use cases.
  We have testcases for 'KerberosDomain' and 'Domain', but there is no testcase to verify 'DefaultDomain', so we need to fix up.
