  Launch Instance NG does HTML does not check for block device mapping
  nova extension

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The new angular launch instance does not look at
  allowCreateVolumeFromImage property to determine whether or not to
  show "create from volume".  That property is being set based on if the
  nova extension is enabled that supports it.
