  Admin Instances table actions redirect incorrectly

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Some of the table actions in Admin -> Instances redirect to the wrong
  destination.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Admin -> Instances
  2. Select "Console" or "View Log" from the table row actions dropdown
  3. Observe that you are now in Project -> Compute -> Instances
