Title:
Full stack tests reuse devstack rabbit user

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Currently fullstack tests are hardcoded to reuse the stackrabbit user,
and assume that the password is 127.0.0.1. However, the password is
chosen by user of devstack. If it is to be expected to be able to use
the same machine for devstack, as well as run fullstack tests (Not at
the same time, but still), then they should not use the same rabbit
credentials. The current approach makes it very hard to run fullstack
tests as developers tend to run stack.sh to configure their system,
then run the fullstack tests and expect them to work.
