  L3 agent can fail to delete router silently

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The L3 agent currently tries to delete a router by wrapping the delete
  call in a try/except Exception block, but fails to log the caught
  exception.
