As Stuart noted on the review - we already provide such functionality by
using:

glance-manage --version

We don't need to provide it as a separate command.

  Extend glance-manage with new version command

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Currently there is no way to check what version of Glance is installed
  using the CLI. It would be great if we can add this information to the
  current glance-manage command (just like Cinder or Nova for example).

  Something like:

  $ glance-manage version
  2015.2.0
