  xenapi: xenapi_connection_url should not be used externally

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The configuration option xenapi_connection_url should only be used by
  nova-compute to connect to its hypervisor. It should not be exposed
  during the migration. A xapi call could be made to detect the real
  management IP of the hypervisor.

  This would enable the use of local connections
