  bugg openstack installation neutron

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):

Bug description:
  i have error with neutron when i run this command to update juno

   neutron-db-manage --config-file /etc/neutron/neutron.
  conf --config-file /etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/ml2_conf.ini upgrade juno
  just to inform u guys i used in my conf rabbit_user_id= guest
