Bug description:
  Everything in module py3kcompat is ready in six > 1.4.0, we don't need
  this module now . It was removed from oslo-incubator recently, see
  https://review.openstack.org/#/c/71591/.  This make us don't need
  maintain this module any more, use six directly.
