Public bug reported:

Getting success pop up message for creating duplicate object, object not
created as it already exists.

1. Create the container "test".
2. Under the container "test", upload the object/create the pseudo Folder with the name "new". Observe that"new" is created and displayed in "test".
3. Again, inside "test" create pseudo folder/object with the name "new" which is a duplicate.
4. Observe that popup message with "Success" message is displayed.
