  the note that below function _validate_ip_address
  on line199 :
          #   >>> netaddr.IPAddress('1' * 59)
  will not get right result 
          #   IPAddress('199.28.113.199')
  but  raise error result like this:
  Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
    File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/netaddr/ip/__init__.py", line 306, in __init__
      'address from %r' % addr)
  netaddr.core.AddrFormatError: failed to detect a valid IP address from '11111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111'
