Using OpenStack Juno rdo-release-juno-1.noarch.rpm.
Installation Method: packstack on fedora 20 x64
Error: Execution of '/sbin/service httpd start' returned 1
When  check on httpd/apache2 status it shows following error
(13)Permission denied: AH00072: make_sock: could not bind to address ...:5000

Solution: Open  /etc/httpd/conf
and comment out port 5000 and 35357 . Close the file and restart the service. It will start running.
