  Plugin test should check js injections

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Currently, we have tests for plugin but they are not comprehensive
  enough. Considering that we are adding more logic to javascript, we
  need to ensure that they are properly injected in these plugin.
