  ec2 code uses requests to talk to keystone (not keystoneclient)

Bug description:
  This code:
  https://github.com/openstack/nova/blob/master/nova/api/ec2/__init__.py#L270-L288
  uses requests directly to talk to keystone, which means that the ssl
  option configuration is nonstandard. We should use the keystoneclient
  directly for consistency.
