Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to "Project" > "Orchestration" > "Stacks"
2. Click on "+ Launch Stack"
3. Create some stack (doesn't matter what the stack is)
4. After stack creation, go to "Events" tab
5. Here there is a list of stack events: events related to stack resources (value in Stack Resource column = name of resource from template) and events related to stack operation (value in Stack Resource column = name of stack)
7. Click on Stack Resource that equal to stack name

Observed result:
Following error message in UI: Error: Unable to retrieve resource.

Problem is that stack itself is not a resource, so it is incorrect to
try to redirect to Resource Details page (and show a link for that).
