Detaching status is not capitalized whereas all other statuses are
capitalized.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new instance.
2. Create 2 volumes A and B
3. Attach volume A to the instance
4. Run nova volume-update command to swap the volumes
   nova volume-update <instance_uuid> <volume A_uuid> <volume B_uuid>
