The Keystone log file constantly reports of the following deprecation:

Deprecated:
keystone.contrib.endpoint_policy.routers.EndpointPolicyExtension is
deprecated as of Liberty in favor of
keystone.endpoint_policy.routers.Routers and may be removed in M.

https://review.openstack.org/#/c/171448/ has added the deprecation
warning but I see that the default needs to be updated:

paste.ini#L46
