  nova.virt.driver "Emitting event" log message in stable/icehouse
  doesn't show anything

Bug description:
  This is fixed on master with commit
  8c98b601f2db1f078d5f42ab94043d9939608f73 but is useless on
  stable/icehouse, here is an example snip from a stable/icehouse
  tempest run of what this looks like in the n-cpu log:

  2014-08-14 16:18:53.311 473 DEBUG nova.virt.driver [-] Emitting event
  emit_event /opt/stack/new/nova/nova/virt/driver.py:1207

  It would be really nice to use that information in trying to debug
  what's causing all of these hits for InstanceInfoCacheNotFound stack
  traces:
