  in file nova/wsgi.py, Line 128
  Line128    if backlog < 1:
        129      raise exception.InvalidInput(
        130              reason='The backlog must be more than 1')
  I think it wrong for variable reason='The backlog must be more than 1', because the condition is [if backlog < 1:]

  I think Line130 it should change from 'The backlog must be more than
  1' to 'The backlog must be more than 0'
