  Secondary font messes with styling

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Horizon uses a secondary font for the titles, which seems unnecessary,
  and messes with theming and styling due to its addition in various
  classes.

  It should just be the same font.
